Recipe: Miso Ramen with Chili Squid and Peppery Fresh Watercress

A super quick snap of Spring, full of freshness and flavor. Serves 2.
This recipe uses two pots of Kusari Noodles Miso Ramen.
What you'll need
2 pots of Kusari Miso Ramen
For the bowls:
1 tsp chili flakes
200g squid or calamari rings
Pinch of ground black pepper
Pinch of salt
Splash of soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
A good handful of watercress
To serve:
¼ lemon
Preparation
Make up your Miso Ramen pots as per the instructions.
Place the squid rings in a bowl and add the chili flakes, salt, pepper and soy. Mix thoroughly.
Heat a large frying pan on a high heat with the oil. Add the squid and fry for 2-3mins.
Serve your noodles into your bowls, top with the squid, watercress and a squeeze of lemon.
